• Forming a team backlog for the quarter together with the product manager, participating in bi-weekly plannings and tactically determining what the team does.
• Developing and evaluating resources when launching initiatives and large projects, together with the product manager, building a process for assessing the implementation of projects by resources and deadlines.
• Setting strategic goals for the team and monitoring their achievement.
• Implementing key team projects independently or with deep immersion in project details.
• Mentoring and developing team analysts, helping employees go from junior to senior.
• Participating in hiring, adapting new employees, working with employee performance and development, and so on.

Требования

• Have experience in implementing changes in business and managing them in conditions of high uncertainty.
• Applied management tools: delegation, goal-setting, motivation, one-to-one meetings, and so on.
• Know SQL at an advanced level.
• Expertise in mathematical statistics and probability theory, A/B tests, various statistical methods and criteria.
• Know how to develop a strategy for selecting target business or product metrics, decompose and build a tree of metrics.
