What you will do
- Define and maintain design tokens and reusable components.
- Create, expand, and evolve design system architectures.
- Define governance frameworks and contribution workflows.
- Drive cross-team adoption and alignment.
- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and implementation quality.
- Create documentation and specifications for development handoff.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in design systems and UX/UI.
- Strong expertise in component architecture and scalable system design.
- Solid knowledge of governance models and documentation standards.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Professional proficiency in Figma.
- Upper-intermediate English skills and German language skills for effective collaboration.
