What you will do
- Act as a Salesforce Administrator for the growing Financial Services Cloud (FSC) org, supporting multiple teams and locations.
- Support change management efforts by coordinating releases, communicating platform updates, and ensuring user readiness.
- Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and adoption materials for Salesforce and Slack-integrated workflows.
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Configure declarative automation including Flows, page layouts, record types, security, and validation rules.
- Optimise Financial Services Cloud capabilities such as Action Plans, Application Forms, Financial Accounts, and Interaction Summaries.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, ideally in Financial Services.
- Strong practical experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Proven track record of running change management initiatives and improving system adoption.
- Hands-on knowledge of internal and external Slack integrations and workflow automations.
- Good experience with integrated CTI systems.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Admin or FSC Accreditation preferred.
