What you will do

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to build backend solutions.
• Swiftly tackle and resolve defects, reducing technical debt.
• Proactively improve backend architecture for robustness, security, and performance.
• Leverage APIs for integrations with other platforms.
• Contribute to automated testing efforts and increase test coverage.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in backend software development.
• Server-side coding experience, preferably in Golang, with maintainable, testable code and unit tests.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, preferably ElasticSearch and Cassandra.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
• Excellent design skills, taking initiatives for architecture, developer experience, and observability improvements.
• Experience working with AWS features and tools.
• Product-minded with experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
• Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions.
• English: B2 required.
