Salary: Lithuania: €3,600 - €4,000 gross monthly. Poland: PLN13,000 - PLN14,500 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Manage supporting tools for internal teams and provide necessary technology to employees.
• Handle software approval, implementation, deployment, licensing, patching, and policy enforcement.
• Oversee office networks, including ISPs, Zscaler configuration, and network management systems.
• Supervise hardware devices to ensure appropriate usage and configuration.
• Manage the lifecycle and inventory of all technology assets.
• Develop and maintain initiatives to automate service delivery and governance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Jira/Atlassian, hardware).
• Experience in network management and familiarity with remote management, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Experience in endpoint devices management and incident management.
• Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
• Experience with incident and Project Management Skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Network certifications: e.g., CCNA, Palo Alto experience.
• Cloud certifications: AWS, GCP.
• Knowledge and experience: Google Workspace, Okta.
• Administration: Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM).
• Advanced integrations: Experience with API and webhooks.
