What you will do

• Actively source candidates and set up targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain close contact with clients, ensuring they are well informed about candidate availability and suitability.
• Clearly and thoroughly inform candidates about roles, responsibilities, required skills, and employment conditions.
• Conduct interviews and guide the negotiation process from start to finish.
• Continuously build a strong candidate pipeline through smart sourcing and campaign strategies.

Requirements

• Higher professional education level of thinking and working.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.
• Social, proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Ability to work independently and comfortably within a team.
• Perform well under time pressure and adapt easily in a fast-growing environment.
