What you will do

• Serve as the technical owner throughout the partner integration lifecycle, including technical discovery, SOW process for System Integrators, and technical project management.
• Act as the interface between partnership, product, and engineering teams, both internally and externally.
• Provide subject matter expertise on eCommerce platforms for merchants, assist with RFPs, and route issues to partner technical contacts.
• Contribute input on technology trends, integration gaps, and product roadmaps to partnership and product teams.
• Build integrations into various tech stacks using APIs and run debugging and UAT testing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Implementation Engineering role (payments industry experience is a bonus).
• Experience with eCommerce, subscription management, and ERP platforms.
• Familiarity with API-based integration methods.
• Development experience in frontend and backend web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, PHP, C#).
• DevOps experience from a technical and customer solutions perspective.
• Fluent in English.
