What you will do

• Design thoughtful, high-quality marketplace experiences for millions of members.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define problems, explore solutions, prototype, and deliver impactful designs.
• Champion member needs, ensuring clarity and transparency in interactions.
• Take ownership of design planning and execution from concept to launch.
• Seek and exchange feedback with design peers for quality enhancement.
• Conduct usability testing and partner on user research to understand member needs.

Requirements

• Visual portfolio required for application.
• Proven experience designing and shipping mobile native apps and other high-quality digital products.
• Solid understanding of the design process, from discovery to delivery.
• Critical thinker, able to design with qualitative and quantitative insights while balancing constraints.
• Comfortable iterating and experimenting to continuously improve solutions and outcomes.
• Strong collaborator, able to align cross-functional partners around a shared understanding.
• English: C1+ required (excellent written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania (2 days in office recommended).
