What you will do

• Develop intent-classification models to accurately identify user intents.
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize large-language models for enhanced performance.
• Analyze chat interactions to extract insights, monitor trends, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
• Deploy and maintain machine-learning models.
• (Optional) Develop and integrate voice-bot solutions for candidates with audio processing experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience as an NLP/ML Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML/NLP frameworks.
• Hands-on expertise in core NLP tasks.
• Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying ML models and end-user products.
• Experience optimizing models for performance and efficiency in production.

Nice to have

• Voice-bot development or audio-processing experience.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, SageMaker).
• Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge (Terraform).
• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
