Focus on making business economics more precise, transparent, and accessible for stakeholders and improving economic decision-making and process efficiency through analytical work and collaboration.

Location: Remote work is possible, but candidates willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines HQ are prioritized. Preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reporting on key strategy metrics.
• Monitor key metrics and identify problem areas for process optimization.
• Create hypotheses for process optimization.
• Design and implement A/B tests from ideation to result evaluation.
• Specify and oversee tasks related to process development/improvements.
• Support and enhance data models for stable operation and monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of experience with data analytics; experience in risk analytics with credit products is a plus.
• Proficiency with SQL and basic Python libraries for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of basic statistics, probability theory, and ML.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging and connecting with a diverse range of individuals and teams.
• Ability to work within preferred time zones GMT+4 to GMT+10.
• Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines HQ is prioritized.

Nice to have

• Previous involvement in startups (20-100 people).
• Proven track record in developing successful financial products.
