Senior Engine Programmer (C++)

What you will do

• Own game engine systems from design and implementation through maintenance.
• Design robust, maintainable solutions for demanding technical problems.
• Build and improve tools, workflows, and engineering practices for developers and content creators.
• Diagnose and resolve challenging bugs across a large codebase.
• Explore and introduce new techniques and technologies for the Enfusion Engine.
• Support less experienced programmers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

• Strong C++ knowledge and performance-conscious programming skills.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and common design patterns.
• Several years of game development experience.
• Ability to work within a large codebase, take ownership of features, and work independently.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.

Nice to have

• Experience with a proprietary or large-scale game engine.
• Experience mentoring others or guiding technical decisions.
