Engine Programmer (Enfusion)

Engine Programmer (Enfusion): Contributing to the development and research of the new Enfusion Engine, which will be the technical backbone for future games, with an accent on developing tools for artists, designers, animators, sound designers, and other developers. Focus on creating technologies and tools for large-scale game environments and user modding, and adapting to large codebases.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Relocation assistance and package are offered for candidates moving from another country.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and research of the new Enfusion Engine.
• Develop new tools for artists, designers, animators, and sound designers.
• Work on technologies and tools used for creating large-scale game environments.
• Develop tools that the community will use for creating user mods.

Requirements

• Routine C++ knowledge.
• Strong OO design understanding.
• Math and linear algebra skills.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Experience with game development.

Nice to have

• Experience of working in large engines / projects.
• Ability to adapt to and work with a large codebase.
• Passion for video games.
