What you will do
- Support customers through onboarding using defined workflows.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms.
- Follow documented processes consistently and meet SLAs.
- Accurately update customer records and tickets in HubSpot.
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed.
- Assist with routine operational tasks and maintain high customer service standards.
