• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and support platforms.
• Follow documented processes consistently and meet SLAs.
• Accurately update customer records and tickets in HubSpot.
• Escalate complex queries to senior team members as needed.
• Assist with routine operational tasks and maintain high customer service standards.
