What you will do

• Own top-of-funnel strategy and execution for Cards and On-Ramp products.
• Define and evolve ICP, user segmentation, and audience strategy across markets and channels.
• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Cards and related financial products.
• Lead acquisition and growth initiatives across paid traffic, SEO, and ASO.
• Launch and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Partner with Product Managers to research new markets, user needs, and providers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Crypto as Product Marketing, Growth, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with top-of-funnel acquisition, onboarding flows, and GTM execution.
• Solid understanding of marketing funnels, user segmentation, ICP development, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience launching and scaling paid acquisition campaigns; understanding of SEO and ASO.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Growth, and Marketing teams.
• English and Russian proficiency required. Knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus.
