What you will do

• Compile and set competitive odds for various soccer betting markets.
• Monitor and adjust odds to balance potential payouts and minimize financial risk.
• Keep a close eye on market trends, news, and information affecting match outcomes.
• Utilize statistical models and data analysis to predict match outcomes and inform odds-setting decisions.
• Utilize and contribute to the development of trading tools and software.
• Collaborate closely with other traders, analysts, and sportsbook teams.

Requirements

• Strong passion for and in-depth knowledge of soccer, including leagues, teams, players, and trends.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and their application in sports betting.
• Ability to assess and manage financial risk.
• Familiarity with trading software and MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in odds compiling or trading, preferably in soccer.
