What you will do

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with management and development teams, creating a detailed work plan.
• Review and revise the project schedule as required.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time and all plans are fulfilled.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience of working in an In-house development team.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Russian speaker with English (Upper Intermediate).
• Experience in Web projects, previous leadership experience within an engineering team.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methods.
• Excellent time-management skills, interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong planning skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in multicultural and multilingual environments.
• Technical background (QA/Developer).
