What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Pipeline Pilot protocols, components, and services.
• Translate scientific workflows into executable PLP pipelines.
• Automate data processing, analysis, and reporting workflows.
• Integrate Pipeline Pilot with BIOVIA products (e.g., ELN, LIMS, CWB, Discoverant, Materials Studio).
• Build REST/SOAP API-based integrations with third-party systems.
• Create custom Pipeline Pilot components using Python, JavaScript, or SQL.

Requirements

• Experience in developing, optimizing, and maintaining Pipeline Pilot protocols, components, and services.
• Proficiency in translating scientific workflows into executable PLP pipelines.
• Experience automating data processing, analysis, and reporting workflows.
• Knowledge of integrating Pipeline Pilot with BIOVIA products (e.g., ELN, LIMS, CWB, Discoverant, Materials Studio).
