What you will do

• Monitor reviews, forums, social media, and search results to track brand sentiment and identify risks.
• Develop and execute strategies to reduce negative sentiment and amplify positive brand perception.
• Respond professionally to online feedback and create user-driven content.
• Strengthen EEAT (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals through expert collaborations and PR initiatives.
• Manage digital reputation projects and identify apps for industry awards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and report on key metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing online reputation in competitive markets.
• Strong understanding of EEAT, branding, and digital PR principles.
• Experience with social listening tools and sentiment analysis platforms.
• Advanced English with excellent written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
