What you will do

• Lead and manage client relationships from strategy to delivery in the digital health sector.
• Drive the adoption and success of digital health products, including AI and LLM applications.
• Define and refine product strategy, roadmaps, and feature backlogs with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital health initiatives, ensuring high-value and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, AI experts) and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the commercial development of hirify.global Health's offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a client-facing role within digital health, health tech, or health IT.
• Strong background in product strategy, management, and delivery.
• Familiarity with health large language model (LLM) applications and AI in healthcare.
• Experience working with healthcare innovators across Europe and the USA.
• Ability to drive adoption, manage relationships, and deliver complex digital health initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
