hirify.global is seeking a highly experienced engineer to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

What you will do

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, creating advanced DAX measures and optimizing data models.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and optimize performance.
• Implement integrations with Dataverse, APIs, and external systems.
• Ensure governance, security (RLS/DLP), and best practices, supporting ALM and CI/CD deployment processes.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong hands-on expertise in Advanced DAX and SQL.
• Experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
• PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate) certification is mandatory.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure services.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of Power Platform CoE toolkit.
