Focus on identifying skill gaps, defining key competencies, and delivering tailored enablement solutions across the entire sales lifecycle.

What you will do

  • Act as a consultant for sales leaders on enablement opportunities based on metrics.
  • Deliver tailored content, contribute to knowledge bases, and plan enablement.
  • Proactively engage with leadership to execute enablement plans.
  • Provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness and propose adjustments.
  • Partner with Learning Design Experience team to develop learning objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of hirify.global’s competitors and industry direction.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years in customer value, sales enablement, or direct sales, with at least 3 years in a strategic enablement/business partner role.
  • Proven success in driving measurable impact through enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, especially in SaaS or complex sales.
  • Experience with sales enablement platforms (Highspot, Salesloft, Gong), LMS, and CRM (Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for informed decisions.
  • Self-starter managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of sales processes.
  • Ability to leverage Bloom’s Taxonomy for learning outcomes.

Nice to have

  • 3+ years in a strategic sales enablement or business partner role within a Cloud Communications or Customer Data Platform company.
