What you will do

• Design and maintain core Android platform services, SDKs, and shared UI components.
• Drive engineering best practices for testing, quality assurance, and release readiness.
• Lead initiatives involving WebView-based architecture, performance, and security.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity and build efficiency.
• Enhance system observability through performance monitoring, crash analysis, and metrics.
• Mentor senior engineers and influence technical direction across multiple product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience in large-scale applications.
• 3+ years in a Tech Lead or equivalent role owning technical direction.
• Advanced proficiency in modern Android development frameworks and scalable architecture.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automated testing strategies, and observability tools.
• Ability to communicate complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience working across both native mobile and web applications.
• Hands-on experience with WebView internals and JS bridges.
• Experience in scaled product companies with high traffic and transaction volumes.
• Proficiency in cross-platform technologies like React Native or Flutter.
