What you will do

• Lead and manage cross-functional promotional review (MLR) committee meetings.
• Build and manage meeting agendas, facilitate meetings, and memorialize reviewer comments.
• Manage all aspects of the review process for multiple brands, independently handling offline and live reviews.
• Utilize system and reporting (Veeva PromoMats) to effectively communicate and manage jobs with Brand/Project Originators.
• Ensure SOP conformance, QC submissions, and identify inconsistencies with company policies or FDA guidance.
• Coordinate with agencies and upload materials, managing them through expiry and renewal processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years operations experience in MLR/PRC operations.
• Pharma Promotional Review (MLR) experience.
• Hands-on experience with promotional review systems such as Veeva (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising environment.
• General understanding of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical advertising and promotion.
• Project management, interpersonal, collaboration, and meeting facilitation skills.
