What you will do

• Design across multiple channels (social, display, web, email, OOH), ensuring visual consistency and quality.
• Execute creative concepts into polished, performance-ready assets that drive commercial outcomes.
• Maintain high craft standards, ensuring all creations adhere to Juniper's visual identity.
• Design for performance, using data and testing insights to optimise for commercial results.
• Bring creative ideas, explore new formats, and suggest visual approaches to keep work fresh.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, strategists, and performance marketers.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience designing for digital channels (social, display, web, email).
• Ability to bring creative ideas and explore different visual approaches.
• Commercially and performance-minded, understanding how design impacts business outcomes.
• High quality standards with strong attention to detail.
• Versatility to adapt design for various formats and funnel stages.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, range, and craft across multiple channels.
