Senior Signals Specialist (AdTech)

Location: This role is required to work in person from our SF office 1-2 days per week.

Salary: $167,500 - $234,500 USD

What you will do

• Act as the technical subject matter expert for advertiser signal integrations, including CAPI and pixels.
• Lead technical discovery calls to understand advertisers’ tech stacks.
• Guide advertisers through end-to-end CAPI onboarding, including implementation, configuration, and validation.
• Perform QA and debugging to ensure accurate, complete, and deduplicated event data.
• Troubleshoot signal issues, diagnose discrepancies, and provide clear, actionable guidance to advertisers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify trends in advertiser challenges and contribute feedback to improve tooling, documentation, and workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ad tech or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with CAPI, pixels, and partner integrations.
• Strong understanding of ads signals including events, attribution, and data pipelines.
• Experience working directly with external clients in a technical or consultative capacity.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across frontend systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• BA/BS Degree.
