What you will do

• Create and maintain test documentation, execute system tests, and manage test environments.
• Identify, log, and track defects to ensure system accuracy and performance.
• Independently manage most testing activities, with support available for complex scenarios.
• Collaborate with software development teams across locations to ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to the development of site-specific QA procedures, test plans, and checklists.
• Analyze data regularly to inform testing strategies and decisions.

Requirements

• On-site in Tallahassee, FL, 5 days/week. Candidates must live in or near Tallahassee or be willing to relocate to Tallahassee, FL, US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SEI, CMM, or ITIL frameworks.
