What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution build for complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and designs.
• Translate complex solution designs into robust solution architectures and delivery plans.
• Drive solution workstreams within projects, coordinating with technical teams and clients for timely delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and senior internal stakeholders, managing expectations and resolving ambiguities.
• Lead analysis and resolution of complex solution or operational issues, ensuring sustainable fixes.
• Mentor junior consultants and specialists, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methods.

Requirements

• Degree in economics/finance, mathematics/computer science or similar qualification.
• Work experience with Front Office – Investments as a Senior Business Analyst or Senior Consultant from banks, asset managers, insurers or consulting firms.
• Familiarity with implementing financial software, ideally hirify.global Dimension®.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with commercial awareness and client orientation.
• Team spirit and a desire to share knowledge.
• Fluency in English.
