Focus on developing business cases, ROI models, and value assessments to demonstrate solution impact and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Location: Hybrid in Bad Homburg, Germany (requiring 2 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Lead advisory engagements, defining client business objectives and aligning hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Develop and present business cases, ROI models, and value assessments to demonstrate solution impact.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Background studies in Finance, Financial Engineering, or Business.
  • Knowledge of sales practices and fundamentals.
  • English: B2 required for application and communication.
  • Work format: Hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office in Bad Homburg.
  • Location: Must be based in Bad Homburg, Germany.

Nice to have

  • Previous internship experience in business development or sales for a major financial institution or technology vendor.
  • Knowledge in Real Options from studies.
  • Extra-curricular activities in sport or social associations.
