What you will do
- Serve as senior strategic lead across assigned accounts, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring delivery against KPIs and expectations.
- Own scopes of work, staffing alignment, burn management, and profitability across accounts.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Production, PM, and Finance to ensure seamless execution and clear communication.
- Lead tentpole and high-visibility projects, providing senior strategic guidance and oversight.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and support new business efforts within the vertical as needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality, operational rigor, and financial discipline across all engagements during the contract period.
