Product Manager (SaaS)

Product Manager (SaaS): Managing product lifecycle for an activity registration platform, focusing on market research, needs analysis, and API integrations with 3rd party platforms. What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for your market and understand how your product fits within it.
• Research customers' business practices and needs relative to new integrations, products, features and modules.
• Work directly with 3rd party partners to scope and implement API integrations to support the expansion of our Partner Network.
• Define, drive, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
• Work with development, project management, marketing, and other applicable functions to prepare release objectives, milestones and schedules for all phases of product development and launch.
• Translate high level objectives from clients and partners into measurable functional requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a product management or business analysis or project management role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Exposure to SaaS and ecommerce product development.
• Experience implementing out-of-the-box API integrations with 3rd party platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, quality and budget.
• Experience writing software/hardware functional requirements in agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience building and managing integrated partner networks and marketplaces.
• Pragmatic Marketing Certified.
• Gov tech or gym tech experience.
