iOS Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing seamless mobile user experiences for a complex software product with an accent on user-centric usability and design. Location: Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)

Salary: 23,667–35,667 PLN gross monthly on a Contract of Employment (UoP).

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support product features rooted in customer problems, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and other engineers.
• Champion best practices in product, system, and code design.
• Mentor engineers who are newer in their career or developing new skills.
• Support partner teams to ship features across web and mobile.

Requirements

• Passion for creating amazing user experiences.
• Experience building a complex software product in a team environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good judgment for balancing scrappiness and long-term code maintainability.
• 5+ years of experience developing, releasing, and maintaining high-quality iOS applications.
• Knowledge of internet technologies and experience working in large, high-quality codebases.
• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
