Location: This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, operating under a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is offered to new employees.

Salary: $174,000–$245,000 + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience by providing technical expertise on hirify.global products, APIs, and LLMs.
• Demonstrate how hirify.global’s products meet customer needs by building demos, scoping use cases, and recommending architecture patterns.
• Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs from pre-sales interactions.
• Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
• Foster customer advocacy and represent customer feedback to internal product teams.
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, escalating complex requirements as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, selling to technology companies and managing C-level relationships.
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
• Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Experience having delivered prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions.
• Knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Effective presenter and communicator, able to translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
