What you will do

• Drive one Scrum team as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction throughout the project.
• Create requirements in the form of epics and stories, and manage the backlog and iteration planning process.
• Lead product release planning and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Mitigate impediments impacting release/sprint goals and promote agile values within the team and organization.
• Partner with product management and business stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value.
• Explore the market to identify opportunities and represent the voice of the customer to the team.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Product Owner in a technological environment or on software products.
• Solid agile experience and proven ability to define requirements that pinpoint business challenges.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams.
• Familiarity with payment systems and financial technologies.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture.
• Experience working with design teams, understanding UX fundamentals, and skills in wireframing.
