What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end digital media strategies and budget allocation across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
  • Build data-driven consumer profiles and translate industry trends into executive-ready recommendations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across accounts and introduce forward-thinking solutions.
  • Serve as a strategic lead on new business pitches, shaping proposals aligned with client goals.
  • Build trusted client relationships, aligning media strategy with business objectives.
  • Turn complex campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic media planning or digital planning within an advertising agency, or client-facing account management.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including proficiency in DV360, TheTradeDesk, Amazon, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive account growth, influence revenue outcomes, and make decisions that support long-term client partnerships.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and translate it into powerful insights and persuasive storytelling.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite and modern project management tools.
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing strategy and planning teams.
