What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable GenAI, NLP, and Computer Vision solutions to enhance customer content and experience.
• Lead scientists and oversee research and development projects from initial exploration to deployment into production systems.
• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify and solve large and significantly complex problems requiring scientific innovation.
• Coach and mentor the team to leverage expertise, improving technical knowledge and engineering practices.
• Create an environment within the team to file for patents and/or publish research work.
• Impact product strategy, identify new business opportunities, and provide strategic direction to the team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics with a specialization in Machine Learning, statistical modeling, or Deep learning.
• 5+ years of working experience in solving machine learning problems and deploying science solutions for large-scale applications.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of scientists and engineers.
• Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and Java.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
• Experience building complex software systems, especially involving deep learning, machine learning, and computer vision, that have been successfully delivered to customers.
