hirify.global is a company focused on the iGaming/crypto casino sector, seeking a designer to produce animated digital content for its clients.

What you will do

• Build and deliver HTML5 animated display banners for crypto casino clients across a range of sizes and placements, ensuring technical compliance.
• Assist with light video editing for performance-driven UGC ad creatives for paid social channels, including trimming clips, adding captions, and applying basic motion graphics.
• Produce static display banners, social media posts, promotional graphics, icons, and other general design assets within brand guidelines.
• Execute fast turnarounds on creative revisions and A/B test variants, maintaining well-organised file structures and version control.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 animation, basic JavaScript, and GreenSock (GSAP).
• Hands-on experience with Google Web Designer or Animate CC for banner production.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and basic After Effects for design.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve for video editing, including captions and multi-aspect ratio exports.
• Domain knowledge of the iGaming/crypto casino sector, paid media ad formats, and CRO-aware creative thinking.
• A portfolio demonstrating live or exported HTML5 banner examples, video edits, and static design work is essential.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with real-money gaming or crypto/Web3 brands.
• Familiarity with rich media platforms (Bannerflow, Celtra, Smartly).
• Stronger After Effects skills, including logo animations, transitions, and motion graphics.
• Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, RunwayML, or Adobe Firefly.
