is a product company seeking a Cversatial Designer to help with the design of AI-driven cversatial commerce experiences.
What you will do
- Design and scale cversatial experiences across the customer journey, including discovery, guidance, cversi, and post-purchase support.
- Build and maintain agent instructis, ensuring clear, helpful, and -brand te of voice and business rules.
- Define and mitor success metrics to guide iteratis and improve AI helpfulness and trustworthiness.
- Ctribute to scalable design patterns, persalizati approaches, and decisi logic across use cases.
- Collaborate adapting cversatial experiences for chat, voice, and asynchrous channels like email.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure data integrity and system integrati.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a direct-to-csumer role.
- 2+ years of experience in cversatial design, UX writing, or CX automati.
- Experience in writing human-like dialogue, crafting engaging user experiences, and prompt design and evaluati.
