What you will do
- Lead and manage the communications team, overseeing day-to-day operations and project delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan, prioritise, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously for timely delivery across various channels.
- Support and guide the team in content creation, editing, and optimisation.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating complex topics into engaging narratives.
- Monitor, measure, and report on communications effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including content management, communications strategy, and/or project management.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, ideally in a communications, content, or marketing function.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to implement processes, track progress, and deliver results efficiently.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken at a professional or native level).
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
