What you will do
- Analyze and redesign business processes end-to-end using an AI-first lens, beyond local step optimization.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for GenAI to reshape workflows; define target states and value hypotheses.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, success metrics, and tightly scoped MVPs.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, scope, and expected outcomes, challenging narrow functional views.
- Partner with business owners to ensure commitment, adoption readiness, and operational fit.
- Support execution from discovery through rollout by validating outputs, refining requirements, and removing ambiguity for engineering delivery.
Requirements
- Strong background in process engineering, operational excellence, automation, or product operations.
- Proven ability to turn complex workflows into structured requirements, measurable outcomes, and delivery-ready scope.
- Strong analytical skills: value estimation, KPI definition, baseline measurement, and impact tracking.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and driving alignment under ambiguity.
- Solid technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams (systems thinking, integrations, data concepts).
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to simplify and drive decisions.
Nice to have
- Experience with GenAI-enabled workflow redesign or automation programs.
- Familiarity with enterprise business systems and process landscapes (e.g., CRM, ERP, HCM, contact center).
- Experience building enablement assets (templates, blueprints, training) that scale delivery.
