What you will do

• Design and set up RHEL availability zone test instances with Pacemaker.
• Implement, deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Red Hat HA cluster solutions in production.
• Perform end-to-end configuration of Corosync, Pacemaker, cluster resources, and Fencing/STONITH.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and failover mechanisms across availability zones.
• Support cluster lifecycle management including patching, upgrades, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Recent practical experience setting up and configuring Red Hat cluster environments with Pacemaker in production.
• Proven real-world implementation experience of HA cluster solutions (not theoretical or lab-only).
• Experience building multi-node clusters across availability zones.
• Solid understanding of Pacemaker, Corosync, cluster resource agents, and Fencing mechanisms (STONITH).
• English: B2 required.
