TL;DR

Sales Manager (Food & Beverages): Delivering financial targets and building strong customer relationships as an E2E System Solution provider, focusing on nurturing opportunities and mobilizing resources based on customer needs. Focus on understanding customer's business environment and value chain to secure prioritization and customized approach from hirify.global.

Location: Must be based in Hochheim, Germany with regular travel within Germany for customer meetings.

What you will do

  • Deliver financial targets for allocated customers, including driving improvement actions to secure a profitable sales area.
  • Build understanding of the customer’s business environment, strategy, and financial preferences.
  • Execute account plans to generate, nurture, and win opportunities.
  • Capture customer requirements to configure solutions that maximize value for both customer and hirify.global.
  • Drive E2E System Solutions and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage forecasting for base material, production, and financial planning.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales / Account Management, with 3 years in a corporate environment.
  • Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to deal with cross-functional issues.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and solid financial understanding.
