What you will do

• Lead and coordinate key talent acquisition and development projects across the hirify.global Group.
• Improve and harmonise international recruitment processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and an exceptional candidate/manager experience.
• Drive employer branding activities and implement recruitment core policies and practices.
• Contribute to simplifying recruitment processes through the introduction of artificial intelligence and automation.
• Partner with hiring managers for seamless onboarding experiences and support group-wide training programmes.
• Champion inclusive and diverse hiring processes and sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• One to four years work experience in HR, consulting or a related field.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Project management experience with good organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to define and monitor KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or learning management systems (LMS).
