Location: Office attendance required 3 days per week in San José, Costa Rica.

What you will do

• Deliver compelling live and virtual technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and partners.
• Translate customer business objectives into scalable technical solutions aligned with hirify.global’s portfolio.
• Conduct configuration reviews and provide proactive technical guidance on data protection best practices.
• Support the full technical sales cycle, partnering with Account Managers to drive successful deal closure.
• Manage assigned accounts at a technical level to identify expansion opportunities and optimize deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Licensing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in technical presales, solution engineering, post-sales, or technical support roles.
• Trilingual written and verbal communication skills (Spanish, English, and Portuguese) required.
• Office attendance required 3 days per week.
• Strong expertise in data protection and backup technologies.
• Foundational knowledge of storage, networking, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux environments.
• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Exposure to enterprise application workloads and modernization initiatives.
