TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Strategic Accounts): Generating and qualifying new demand for strategic accounts, expanding hirify.global's reach in existing and new prospects with an accent on identifying buying signals and engaging buying groups. Focus on managing prospecting activities in CRM, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with sales teams to meet KPIs.

Location: Hybrid in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new demand for the sales organization.
  • Discover, validate, and reach out to additional members of a buying group.
  • Nurture predetermined groups of prospects using multiple touch tactics.
  • Track and manage account info, prospecting, qualification, and nurture activities in Salesforce.
  • Build and drive tight collaboration with aligned sales teams.
  • Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of hirify.global Software and related products.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
  • Fluent level of English and Arabic.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce or similar CRM).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience, ideally of high-tech products/services.
  • Outbound calling and/or Revenue Development Representative experience.
  • Technical understanding of storage backup, cloud backup, and key industry manufacturers.
  • Social media and social selling best practices.
