What you will do

  • Lead the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems.
  • Define business requirements while working with key stakeholders and understand process gaps.
  • Optimize product assortment at partner locations.
  • Own, drive, and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
  • Forecast and plan business collaboratively with partners.
  • Manage backlog, address potential risks and opportunities, and plan product launch execution.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers simultaneously.
  • Outstanding presentation skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • Sales experience of three years.
  • Fluent in Nordic language.
  • Proven track record in planning and execution within Account Management in consumer electronics or FMCG.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for results.
