What you will do
- Lead the implementation of supply planning, demand planning, order promising, and CPFR processes and systems.
- Define business requirements while working with key stakeholders and understand process gaps.
- Optimize product assortment at partner locations.
- Own, drive, and develop the demand process with input from Category and Marketing Managers.
- Forecast and plan business collaboratively with partners.
- Manage backlog, address potential risks and opportunities, and plan product launch execution.
Requirements
- Strong ability to manage multiple brands, products, and customers simultaneously.
- Outstanding presentation skills and excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Sales experience of three years.
- Fluent in Nordic language.
- Proven track record in planning and execution within Account Management in consumer electronics or FMCG.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for results.
