TL;DR

Director Pricing (SaaS): Leads global pricing strategy for an AI-based CPM platform, focusing on monetization models, scalable pricing practices, and profitability. Location: The role is hybrid (8 days/month in office) and can be based in one of our offices in London, Barcelona, or Milan.

What you will do

  • Establish and maintain global pricing frameworks, governance models, and scalable practices.
  • Develop and evolve pricing and packaging strategies across product lines.
  • Define monetization strategies for new modules and add‑ons.
  • Build and leverage advanced pricing analytics using data and market trends.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Legal, and Marketing on strategic pricing decisions.
  • Improve pricing processes, workflows, and tool usage (CPQ, CRM, BI).

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in SaaS pricing, monetization, or commercial strategy within SaaS/software environments, or in top‑tier strategy consulting firms.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable pricing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Strategic commercial mindset with advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and operational discipline.
