What you will do

  • Lead a cross-functional team of Technical Support, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
  • Define and manage end-to-end processes for partner pre-sales, implementation, launch, and ongoing success.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Technology Partner Directors to strategize on partner integrations and success.
  • Act as the partner's voice to Product, advocating for new features and feedback.
  • Assist in technical pre-sales efforts on targeted prospect sales calls.
  • Define key success metrics and go-to-market strategies to meet or exceed annual goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in managing technology partnerships for a cloud-based service provider.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business and technology decision-makers.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to relay technical concepts and business value.
  • Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives.
  • BS or MBA degree in Business or Computer Science preferred.
