What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 engineers through code reviews, design critiques, career mentorship, and collaboration.
• Design and build scalable solutions, balancing production-quality code with rapid Proof-of-Concept (PoC) development.
• Own sprint planning and quarterly roadmap execution.
• Act as final escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Rapidly learn and implement new technologies, strategically managing technical debt.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong CS fundamentals, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Go (preferred) and/or vanilla JavaScript.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience building/maintaining Microservices.
• Proven leadership experience while remaining hands-on.
• Upper-intermediate+ English.

Nice to have

• Experience with dashboard development and/or modern UI frameworks.
• Background in Cybersecurity or AdTech.
• Experience with PCI DSS or other high-security standards.
