What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the release process across various environments.
• Verify and maintain release notes, deployment plans, and relevant documentation for stakeholders.
• Work closely with Operations, Infrastructure, Development, Legal, and Security teams.
• Build new and improve existing release processes using tools like Jira and Gitlab, integrating business requirements.
• Implement and continuously improve release processes across multiple development teams.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Git, including various branching strategies (Git Flow, GitHub Flow, Trunk-based development).
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and their role in automating and streamlining the release process.
• Basic experience with Jenkins or Gitlab CI for automating builds and deployments.
• Understanding of Kubernetes and experience working with it as a user.
• Understanding of microservice architecture principles.
• Understanding of databases and hands-on experience with SQL for building queries.

Nice to have

• Experience in Quality Assurance, with knowledge of testing practices and methodologies.
• Experience running and reviewing automated tests, focusing on release quality and stability.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, or Coralogix.
• Experience with Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Experience with Unleash and its webhooks and integration.
