Location: Vienna, Austria (Hybrid with a balance of on-site and home-office days).

Salary: Gross EUR 1,319–1,648 monthly (for 20-25 h/week).

What you will do

• Assist the Group IT Product Owner with operational responsibilities across communication channels (Sharepoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams).
• Compose and distribute monthly newsletters for the Group IT Division.
• Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication channels.
• Support in event organization and coordination.

Requirements

• Must be a current Bachelor’s or Master’s student, with a preference for communication or marketing studies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Confluence, and Jira.
• Fluent in English (C1+).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, open-minded, and a team player.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Power BI and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Good understanding of German.
