What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to define key questions, success metrics, and analytical approaches.
• Deliver high-impact analyses and decision support connecting insights across functions and the company.
• Align priorities within the Analytics team and collaborate with Analytics Engineering to enable proactive data action.
• Elevate the analytics craft by setting new standards and implementing innovative approaches and best practices.
• Act as a trusted thought partner and mentor to analysts and stakeholders, raising analytical maturity.
• Translate complex business questions and analytical findings into compelling narratives and visualizations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts through clear narratives and visualizations.
• Strong business acumen and experience applying analytics within domains like product, sales, or marketing.
• Proven expertise in analytics and data exploration, with proficiency in tools such as SQL and BI/visualization platforms.
• A builder mindset and interest in creating scalable analysis and systems, leveraging automation, generative AI, and data.
• Comfort working with analytics engineering practices and collaborating with data engineers on data models and pipelines.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, actionable insights aligned with business objectives.
• Experience partnering closely with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• English: C1+ required for daily work.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data tools (e.g. Looker, Hex, Snowflake).
• Experience applying AI in analytical workflows, such as setting up AI agents or automation.
• Experience working within a SaaS environment.
